Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 23, 2026
These Terms of Service explain what you agree to when engaging with Zerascan, including but not limited to any of our content, applications, services, or data interfaces.
1. Service-Specific Policies
Zerascan is engineered and operated by Visiondynamics AG. These Terms apply specifically to Zerascan and should be read together with the Zerascan Privacy Policy. Developer use of Zerascan APIs, SDKs, authenticated endpoints, bearer tokens, and related data interfaces is also governed by the Zerascan API & SDK License Agreement. The broader Visiondynamics AG Terms of Service may supplement these Terms where relevant, but the Zerascan Privacy Policy controls the service-specific data protection disclosures for Zerascan.
2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of Zerascan are governed by the laws of Switzerland. You expressly waive any right to resolve disputes through court proceedings, class actions, or jury trials. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration seated in Zug, Switzerland.
3. Explorer and Transaction-Assist Interfaces
Zerascan primarily operates as a blockchain explorer, API, and data indexing interface. Some Zerascan tools may also help you prepare, review, sign, or submit user-approved transactions through your connected wallet, including swaps, governance voting, and bootstrapping flows. Zerascan does not custody your private keys, does not sign transactions for you, does not execute transactions without your wallet approval, and does not act as an exchange, broker, custodian, or financial intermediary. All public ledger data is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
4. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on Zerascan constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices, market data, governance metrics, and any other analytics displayed are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own investment and financial decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability (Art. 100 Swiss CO)
To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law (including Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations), Visiondynamics AG, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors (collectively, the "Visiondynamics Parties") shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, under any legal theory whatsoever.
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, and computer code contained on the interface is exclusively owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Visiondynamics AG. We reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to our proprietary interface not expressly granted to you.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the absolute right, at our sole and unfettered discretion, to modify, replace, suspend, or terminate these Terms or any part of the service at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the interface after any such changes strictly constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
