Summary

This proposal updates the restricted mint keys for bridged Solana assets.

The update is required due to a migration to an updated bridge smart contract.

Scope of Changes

The restricted mint keys will be updated for the following assets:

• $sol-SOL+000000
• $sol-USDC+000000

These updates ensure that minting and burning operations are controlled by the new bridge smart contract.

Reason for Change

The bridge system has been upgraded to a new smart contract implementation.

As part of this upgrade:

• Mint authority must be transferred to the new bridge contract
• Legacy bridge contracts will no longer control mint operations
• Token security and operational continuity are maintained

Governance Actions

If approved, governance will execute the following actions:

1. Update restricted mint keys for $sol-SOL+000000
2. Update restricted mint keys for $sol-USDC+000000

These updates will assign mint control to the new bridge smart contract.
