Presenting ZERA Spark to the ZERA Community!
This is a proposal for a 6-month awareness campaign via a hybrid Special Governance Vehicle ($SGV+0002) system.

The result of this proposal will move a total of 1.75M ZRA to a single proxy address which points to two different smart contracts.
The first is 150,000 ZRA will be be released to 6 team members in equal daily increments over the next 6 months. ZMT governance will have the ability to pause these distributions via ZMT vote.
The second is 1,600,000 ZRA, whereas $SGV+0002 governance can create proposals to move these coins on a case-by-case basis. These coins shall be used for everything else. This mechanism allows accountability on a case-by-case basis to ensure that any movement from the smart contract are approved via governance processes. One month after the conclusion of this campaign, any unused coin from this contract can be returned to ZMT governance wallet.
Any unused tokens within these smart contracts can be returned to ZMT governance wallet after August 1st, 2026.
$SGV+0002 governance also has update authority on the proxy, meaning that if agreed upon via governance vote the structure can change at the will of governance. For example, if the community wishes to extend the campaign via governance processes, allocations and structures can be designed and updated provided governance agrees and sufficient resources are available.
